Terms and Conditions About Proseafish Proseafish supplies sea fishing tackle for UK based anglers of all abilities. We aim to provide a professional fast and efficient service, which is customer focused and welcome any feedback you have on the service and products we have supplied. Our contact details are supplied under the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website where you can write, e-mail or phone us. The Company is run by anglers for anglers and any additional advice you may require on fishing products/tackle/methods please feel free to ask. Making a Purchase Our shopping catalogue is designed to be quick and easy to use. Simply select the products and quantity you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart, once you have completed your selections select the checkout option. We will then collect the purchase information and details from you that we need to complete the transaction. We accept credit and debit card payment through our secure payment server. At present we can only accept orders only from the United Kingdom. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and Pay Pal . Some products that we offer are not kept in stock (Conoflex rods and Penn reels) and are subject to a 3-5 working day delivery or on occasion other items are out of stock. When this is the case we will notify you via telephone or e-mail. If you wish to proceed with the out of stock items we will notify of the expected delivery date. Should you choose to cancel your order for the items out of stock we will refund the cost of these products (for purchases made through shopping cart) through our secure payment server or pay pal for the cost of the item and its postage cost (if any). Refunds made on Purchases made through Pay pal only are subject to a 7.5% charge on the item cost. Payments are accepted by cheques or postal order and should be made out to ‘Proseafish Ltd’. Goods will be despatched once the postal order or cheque has cleared and the funds credited into our account. We also accept orders by telephone. Delivery / Postage and Packaging Proseafish is committed to despatching your order within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). All debit and credit card orders are only sent to the registered address of the card. In the case of orders, signatures are normally required by the purchaser upon delivery. This ensures that both you the customer and us the seller, can be confident that the item has been posted, tracked and received. All items are sent by either First Class Recorded Delivery (Royal Mail) or Royal Mail Standard Parcels (3-5 day delivery) except items over 5ft in length (Beachcasters, Spinning Rods and some Rod Rests) these will be sent by individual couriers. Proseafish cannot guarantee delivery time as this invariably is down to the postal service/courier. If you require your goods next day then you need to phone us with your special requirements and we will manually change the delivery cost with your acceptance. Large items sent to UK Highlands and islands will incur additional postage costs of £25 per large item (over 5ft). Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery date. Any claims after this date will not be investigated. We currently do not ship outside of the UK. Back Orders/Items not in stock If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Tax Orders are not subject to VAT. Credit/Debit Card Secure Payments All credit and debit cards are processed through a secure payment processing system (Protx). This payment system is used by thousands of UK businesses and offers the highest level of security. Proseafish has an internet merchant account provided by HSBC Business Services. Pay Pal Payments We accept Pay Pal payments. Return/Refund Policy Our 10 day returns guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item. The item must be unopened (with all packaging intact) and we will issue you a full refund for the price only of the item. You are responsible for the return postage and insurance for the item returned. Refunds made on purchases through Pay pal will be subject to a 7.5% transaction fee of the item cost. On returned goods we can only credit the card used for the initial purchase. Cancelled Orders If you choose to cancel your order once payment has been made, you must notify us immediately. If the item has not been despatched you will be entitled to a full refund. If the order has been despatched you will be subject to the refund/returns policy. « Back |
